    Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Mashed Potatoes, 4 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 can (12 oz) yields
    Peas, canned, 1 can (12 oz)
    Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 can
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shredded
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


Brown onions, garlic, and turkey in olive oil. Add drained corn and peas and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together. Transfer to baking dish (13X9). Add mashed potatoes and smooth over turkey and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top of potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serves 8.
