Ingredients

    12 eggs
    8 pieces of bacon
    3 cups spinach
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    .5 cup cottage cheese
    .5 cup fresh mushrooms

Directions

Cook the bacon, steam the spinach, crumble up bacon. Mix all ingredients but eggs.
