Ingredients

Ground beef, lean - 220 grams
    water - 1 cup
beans in tomato sauce - can
    Beans, red kidney - can
    Yellow Sweet Corn - can
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Cumin seed ground 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    Salt, .5 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper, 0.5 tsp (leave this out if you don't like it spicy and add more if you like it really spicy.)

Tips

Add a little more water if you like a thinner chili or if you need to make it go further. The portion size will be off with the calories, you'll actually have less for each portion.

Directions

Cook up the beef with water and chop it up. Mince your onion while the meat is cooking and open your cans and measure out spices to the side in a little dish. I usually rinse the meat when it's done to get off extra fat, then add back in a cup or so of tap water. Add rinsed beans, corn and tomato sauce. Stir it up, add chili powder, ground cumin, crushed garlic cloves, minced onion, salt, and red pepper. Use black if you don't have red. let it simmer for 20-25 minutes to get the flavors mixed together and cool for 5 before serving.
