    2 cups cooked kale
    2 cans Great Northern Beans
    1 onion chopped
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    1 T. olive oil
    3 chicken sausages cut up


Makes 6 generous 1 cup servings.

Add olive oil to heated pot. Add chopped onion and lightly brown. Add cut up sausages and garlic. Cook till lightly brown.

Add in cooked kale (thawed or freshly cooked). Cook a few minutes till kale is hot through.

Add 2 cans of Great Northen Beans (undrained).

Add a pinch of hot pepper flakes to taste and salt & pepper.

Slow simmer about 15 minutes!

Enjoy. Other type of sausages could be substitued or even omitted for vegetarian.
