    1 stick butter
    1 cup light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. reduced fat milk
    1 egg
    1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ea. baking powder, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 medium ripe bananas, mahed
    4 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 cup uncooked oats


Preheat oven to 350. Blend butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, milk and egg and blend well.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to mixture. Add mashed bananas and peanut butter. Fold in oats.
On a nonstick cookie sheet, drop by full teaspoons. Bake 13 - 15 minutes or until toothpick come out clean. Cool for 5 minutes

Makes approx. 48 2" cookies
