    4 egg whites (or egg replacer for vegan for two eggs)
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1cup sugar
    1 cup pure orange juice
    1 1/2 cup flour (half oat and half all purpose)
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 cup cranberry


mix4 first ingredient and add the vanilla then put the dry ingredient in a bol and add the dry to the wet and mix well add the cranberry and line the muffin pan and fill with the mix and bake for 25 min. at 350 F
