    4 LaTortilla Facory Tortillas
    1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
    2 egg whites
    1/3 Cup green pepper chopped
    1/3 Cup onion chopped
    1 Tb.Hormel bacon bits
    4 slices Kraft fat free sharp cheddar
    Pam spray
    4 Tb. Pace thick and chunky salsa (optional)


Heat 30 seconds if chilled and 1 MIn. if frozen.

With a wisk beat together eggs whites, Egg Beaters until frothy.
Add green pepper, onion, bacon
Cook slowly in Pam sprayed pan until eggs start to firm. stir lightly until firm. Add 1 slice cheese, and eggs equally to each tortilla. Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze or chill until ready to serve.
