    # Tofu, extra firm, 1 block
    # Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    # Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    # *Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
    # Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 4 Tbspn
    # *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp


Drain and press tofu. Slice into thin slices. Put oils and seeds on a baking sheet. Place in a single layer the tofu slices. Sprinkle each slice with nutritional yeast then soy sauce then a sprinkle of seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip slices and sprinkle yeast and soy sauce on other side. Bake another 20 minutes. If you want a juicy texture bake a little under 20 minutes and if you want cripsy slices bake 25-30 minutes.

Great by itself, in place of bacon in an recipes and amazing as a TLT (tofu, lettuce & tomato) sandwich.
