Bake House Aldi Pie Crusts- 1 crust
Cooking Spray, Pam Cooking Spray
Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Ham, 8 oz
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup
Priano Parmesan Cheese, 0.25 cup
Scallions, raw, 5 medium (4-1/8" long)
1/2 medium Red Bell Pepper
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
4 slices - 2% Sargento provalone cheese diced small
1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
1 dash Pepper, black

Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll crust and place in 9-inch deep dish pie plate; pierce crust with fork. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. In medium skillet over medium heat saute turkey ham with Pam Cooking Spray and your favorite seasoning remove from pan. Using same pan saute red pepper until soft (approximately 3 to 5 minutes). Remove from heat; set aside.
In food processor blend cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, mustard, and pepper sauce. Add in egg beaters, red pepper, scallions, and ham in a medium bowl and stir. Pour into baked crust. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes on wire rack. Cut into 8 wedges; Serve immediately.
