    I large can whole tomatoes (crushed with hands)
    1 onion, chopped
    10 ounces lean ground beef
    3 tbsp. cream cheese
    1/2 cup beef broth
    italian seasoning
    garlic, however much desired
    salt and pepper
    sweeten with honey or brown sugar
    garlic powder


brown beef with onions and garlic. Add seasonings. crush tomoatoes with hands and add juice and tomoatoes to pot. add beef broth. Add honey or sugar. whisk in softened cream cheese. simmer over medium low heat for 1-2 hours or until thickened to desired consistency. Serve hot over rice or spaghetti.
