    (2) 14 oz. cans diced fire-roasted tomatoes, undrained
    4 Cups Chicken Broth
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    12/ tsp. dried oregano
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    Salt to taste
    (1) 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli,cauliflower & carrots
    Whole Wheat Cheese Tortellini's - 9 oz. pkg.
    (in refrigerated section )
    Fresh parsley for garnish


In soup pot, combine undrained tomatoes, chicken broth, and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the frozen vegetables and tortellini. Bring back to a boil and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until tortellinis are tender.
When serving, snip some fresh parsley on the top for garnish. About 5 servings.
