Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 ounce of chopped onion
    1 1/2 ounce grated cheddar cheese
    1 pound ground pork (sausage)
    2 TBSP Flour ( I use home ground organic whole wheat)
    salt & pepper to taste

Tips

To be completely low carb eliminate the dusting of flour. I just find the less than 5 carbs are worth the not sticking together. Eat 'em up.


Directions

boil 4 eggs
mix onion, salt, pepper, cheese, and pork together
press mix into four thin circles about 5 inches in diameter
peel eggs
wrap pork mixture around eggs
dust with flour
deep fry in oil heated to 360 until golden brown

Serving Size: makes 4 eggs
