    3/4 container Firm Tofu
    3/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
    1/2 cup water
    .12 cup soy sauce
    3/4 cup nutritional yeast
    1/2 teas paprika
    1/2 garlic powder
    .12 canola or vege oil
    3/4 lb of whole wheat pasta


Cook pasta. Puree in blender the rest of the ingredients. Saute onion and pepper together. Strain pasta, put in baking dish. Pour sauce over pasta and mix in veges and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
