    1 Blue Menu Multigrain Thin Pizza Crust
    4 tblsp Kalamata Olive spread
    4 tblsp Vegetable Spread
    1cup Fire Roasted Diced tomatoes (drained)
    2 tblsp sundried julienne tomatoes (no oil)
    1 bulb of roasted garlic
    1/2 cup of carmelized red onion
    6 oz cooked chicken breast - diced or slivered
    1 cup raw baby spinach leaves
    4 oz Goat Cheese


I used a barbeque inserted pizza oven!


Pre-roast garlic bulb and caramelize the onions and let cool. Cook chicken breast and dice. Mix olive and vegetable spread together. Drained fire roasted tomatoes. Rinse spinach, if necessary. Cut goat cheese into small chunks. Set out sundried tomatoes. Assembly - Brush back of pizza crust with olive oil. Spread olive-vegie mixture over pizza crust. Spread over fire roasted tomatoes and spinach leaves and top with chicken. Top the rest of the ingredients: garlic, onion, sundried tomato and finally, with the goat cheese. Preheat oven to 475 degrees for 10 minutes.

Serving Size: 2 servings of half pizza or 4 servings 1/4 pizza
