Number of Servings: 3


    1 large banana
    3/4 cup mixed berries (from frozen)
    1.5 cups skim milk
    3/4 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
    2 scoops (56 grams) of Vanilla Soy Protein Powder (Whole Foods)
    9 ice cubes


Crush ice cubes in the blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into three travel mugs or other glasses and enjoy. Makes three servings.
