Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil
2 cups of mixed bell peppers
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 large eggs
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 cube of knorr
A dash of salt
1 cubic inch of Swiss cheese - diced
Tips
Eat with a tortilla or a slice of bread.
Directions
1. Pour olive oil into a 6-inch skillet and use the back of the tsp to spread it around.
2. Break eggs into a cup and add the remaining ingredients - except the Swiss cheese. Use a fork to mix well.
3. Place skillet on the gas burner, add bell peppers, sprinkle onion powder and half the dash of salt all over them and cook on medium heat - stirring the whole time - for about 2 minutes.
4. Pour the eggs over the peppers in the pan, sprinkle diced Swiss cheese on top and lower heat to the barest minimum, cover with an 8-inch dinner plate and let cook for 8 minutes.
5. When it's cooked the you should have a firm 'pie' that springs back to the touch.
6. Plate and enjoy
