Introduction

Huge Family favorite, we use a big 1/2 sheet baking sheet to make this Huge Family favorite, we use a big 1/2 sheet baking sheet to make this
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 package of reduced fat crescent rolls
    1 -16oz Jennie - O turkey breakfast sausage
    2 cups of egg product
    1 cup green bells pepper
    1 cup sweet onion
    1 -2lb bag of southern style hashbrowns
    2 cups fat free cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to tast

Directions

take the crescent rolls and roll then on the baking sheet to make a crust. then layer the hashbrowns, onions, green peppers and cooked sausage. Pour eggs over top making sure to spreed it over evenly. top with cheese and bake until eggs are completely cooked.

Serving Size: we use a 1/2 sheet baking sheet and cut it into 12 equal pieces
