Ingredients

    1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined and rinsed
    1 T unsalted butter
    3 T white wine
    2 t grated parmesan cheese
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 t Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning blend
    salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

In large heavy-bottomed skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add wine, Mrs. Dash, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes or until shrimp is pink on both sides. Do not overcook.
