    1/2 cup frozen hash browns
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    1 slice Kraft Fat Free cheese
    2 slices of turkey bacon (I used Lilydale)
    Salt and pepper


The dish can be made the evening before for baking in the AM.


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place frozen hash browns up small oven proof bowl. Scramble egg and egg whites together and season with salt and pepper. Pour half of this mixture over hash browns. Place turkey bacon over top and pour rest of egg mixture on. Top with cheese slice. Place in oven for approx. 45 minutes until eggs are set.
