Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can hunts thick and rich spaghetti sauce
    9 lasagne noodles
    1 can sliced black olives
    1/2 yellow onion
    1 med. green pepper
    1 1/2 c. dry cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded low fat mozzerella

Directions

Cook noodles, layer in 13x9 baking pan with sauce, veggies and cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 4 really big, satisfying servings
