Ingredients

    2-3 cups shredded cooked chicken
    1 can spinach, drained
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
    1 jar Prego Roasted garlic and parmesan White Sauce
    1 medium spaghetti squash, cooked and scraped
    salt
    black pepper
    garlic powder
    Dried Oregano

    Topping:
    1/3 cup bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or fine stuffing
    Grated parmesan Cheese
    Bacon Salt (or Bacon bits)

Tips

I cooked my whole spaghetti squash in my crock-pot for 4 hours on high (cut 5 slits in it), which made it super easy to cut in half and scrape out all of the good pulp.


Directions

mix all ingredients together except topping, and spread in a 11 x 9 inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with topping ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes at 375.
