Number of Servings: 6


    1lb ground turkey
    1 cup onions chopped or sliced
    1 cup shredded/cut carrots
    1 1lb bag of broccoli slaw
    2 cups shredded cabbabge ( ready made angel hair coleslaw mix is great - 1lb bag)
    2 tsp crushed garlic
    1 Tbsp curry powder
    2 1/4 tsp powdered chicken boulion ( or 2 solid cubes)
    16 oz pkg whole wheat angel hair pasta, cooked.


Place turkey in a non stick pan (sprayed or coated with oil if you prefer) with the onions and garlic and cook until the turkey is golden brown (or done).
Cut/slice carrots and cabbage and add to the cooked turkey mixture along with the broccoli slaw, curry powder and chicken boulion. Stir frequently for 5 - 10 minutes (depending on the desired crunch factor of your vegies).
Add the noodles during the last 2-3 minutes of cook time, folding them into the mixture well and
NOTE: Adding more curry powder will not increase calories, fat or salt, just flavor! This is also a great dish for using up left over vegies, enjoy!
