Ingredients

    Ground Beef (lean), 32 oz
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Swiss Cheese, 4 oz
    *Dehydrated Chopped Onion, 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 -1 cup
    Catsup, .5 -1 cup
Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, .5 -1 cup

Tips

Play with ingredients until it is what you want! You can use different cheese or meat. This is just such a special hand me down from my Mom!

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop up cheese into cubes, mix everything together in a big mixing bowl. Yep, you're gonna get your hands dirty with this one. If it is too dry add more milk or catsup, it too liquidy, add more bread crumbs. Should stick together well. Spray cooking spray onto rectangle shaped glass pan, dump meat in pan. Shape to fit pan. Cook for an hour, use meat thermometer to make sure it is cooked well. Drain off grease and serve with nice salad and lots of veggies!
