Ingredients

    1, Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats, 3 cups.
    2. Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked
    3. sunmaid zante currants, 0.25 cup
    4. 1/2 teaspoon salt


    1. Blend/pulverize 1 cup oats and 1 tbsp (3 teaspoons) brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    2. When powdered, add 2 more cups of oats and 1/4 cup currants. Blend/pulverize.

    TO PREPARE Instant Oatmeal for breakfast:
    Add 3/4 cup boiling water to 1/2 cup mix. Stir. let sit for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
