    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 cup skim milk
    3 Tbs melted butter
    30 oz package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
    3/4 cum sliced scallions


Blend cream cheese, milk, melted butter, salt and pepper to taste. Mix in shredded potatoes and scallions. Spread into 13 x 9 glass pan. Bake 45 minutes at 375, broil at end for a few minutes to get brown and crispy on top.
