    saltfish
    1.5 large onion
    cider vinegar 1 tbsp.
    oil 2 tbsp.
    green plaintain

Directions

boil saltfish to your liking
boil plantain for 15 min
saute onion in oil
strain saltfish and flake meat
Add to onion and oil
Serve with plantain on side
