Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1 Tbs. old fashioned oats
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. canola oil
    2 Tbs. greek yogurt
    1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1 Tbs. mini chocolate chips
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Tips

May add a bit of extra milk if batter is too thick.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit 5 min. Heat skillet or griddle on medium heat. Pour batter to form one big or two smaller pancakes. Cook until dry on the edges and starting to bubble. Flip and bake about 3 min. Serve with fruit and a drizzle of syrup or honey if you like.
