Ingredients

    Extra Lean Ground chicken, 454 gram(s)
    Large Egg, 1
    Clove of Garlic, 2 crushed or diced
    Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
    Basil, 5 leaves chopped
    Rosemary, 1 tsp chopped
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    parmesean cheese, 2 tsp
    panko bread crumbs 1/4c

Directions

Add all ingredients together and let sit in fridge for at least a hour

weigh meat into 30 gram portions (roughly 15 meatballs)

cook in pan until cooked through

add to spaghetti sauce and simmer for 1+ hours
