Ingredients

    peeled banana (mashed), 400 gram(s) (remove)
    butter (melt) organic, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Florida organic sugar crystals 1T, 96 gram(s) (remove)
    Wheat Montana Prairie Gold Whole Wheat Flour, 180 gram(s) (remove)
    *Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    *baking powder, .5 tbsp (remove)

Tips

Serve with Melt or butter or butter substitute. May add cinnamon into batter.


Directions

Sieve the flour, add powders. Blend bananas and sugar, pour into dry and mix. Line a loaf pan with a Silpat (I cut up an old one) and pour the mixture into the pan. Bake at 350F for 45 min.
