    Ingredients:
    RICE - Dynasty Jasmine Rice 1/2 cup cooked, 6 serving (remove)
    1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g, 2 serving (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Peas, canned, 425 grams (remove)
    salt and pepper to taste
    parmesian if desired

Directions

beat two eggs, salt and peper to taste. heat oil in frying pan 45-60 seconds. add rice and peas, stir until warmed through. pour egg over the rice/peas and scramble. add parmesian if desired and remove from heat.
