Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Bread, whole wheat (including toast) prepared from recipe, 4 slice
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 medium
    Flaxseed, 2 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, .3 cup

Tips

Can be baked in oven, pour into prepared ring tin and bake about 30 mins. Is a moist slice. ENJOY


Directions

crumb the bread with food processor or else soak the slices in the milk. Add cinnamon,cocoa and raisins

Add 2 tbs milk to flaxseed.
Mash the banana and mx with flaxseed and apples sauce and egg
add to bread mix. Pour into small microwave ring tin (bundt) and microwave for 5 minutes
