    1 cup dry bulgar wheat
    1 1/2 T Olive Oil
    1 tsp Salt (I use Celtic Gray, but any salt will work)
    1 tsp fresh ground pepper
    1 clove garlic
    Juice of one lemon
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
    1 cup chopped parsley


Place dry bulgar in a small saucepan with salt and 2 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25-30 minutes until water is absorbed. Allow to cool.
Mix cooled grain with remaining ingredients, adjusting seasoning to taste.
