Ingredients

    6 corn tortillas
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup pace picante
    1 taco seasoning mix
    1 onion chopped
    1 can green chilis
    2 cups jack cheese
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1 can red enchalada sauce

Directions

Brown beef with some of the onions. Drain and add taco seasoning, 2/3 cup water, Pace Picante and cook till thickened about 10 minutes. Fill six tortillas and place side by side in glass rectangle pan. Mix half cheese, yogurt, and can of chilis. Add to top of enchiladas. Cover with enchilada sauce and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
