Ingredients

    1 cup kale
    half cup cucumber with peel
    slice of ginger
    I cup organic soy vanilla milk
    half cup bell peppers
    hand full fresh parsley
    three small strawberries
    half granny smith apple ( med)

Tips

I would suggest drinking this within a few minutes to not lose the nutrients.


Directions

Add milk to blender
Add leafy veggies as they blend out to avoid clogging
add additional ingredients as they blend out
Blend well to avoid lumps /chunks
Pour and enjoy
