So tasty and low cal. Very easy to make and fills you up for hours! So tasty and low cal. Very easy to make and fills you up for hours!

    1 small banana
    1 medium kiwi fruit (peeled)
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp. flax seed


In a blender, throw in banana and kiwi fruit, blend until pureed. Add milk. Blend again and then add flax seed and blend. Pour in a glass and enjoy that island flavor with no guilt!
