Ingredients

    (1) Box of Organic Spaghetti 8 oz (can use 16)
    (2) Bags of Gardein Vegan Meatballs
    (2) Cans Organic Tomato Sauce
    (1) Can of Organic Diced Tomatoes
    (1) Can Tomato Paste
    (1) Onion

    Spices

    Oregano
    Italian Seasoning
    Basil
    Sea Salt
    Black Pepper
    Paprika
    Garlic Pwd
    Onion Pwd

    (1) Tbsp Agave (optional, I use it to cut the hearty tomato taste)

Tips

The oil keeps the wheat noodles from sticking, esp if you substitute with rice noodles, and the sea salt helps season the noodles. *I could not find all organic ingredients for this list, I only used Organic, which has a much higher nutritional value.


Directions

Oil pan with olive oil, dice onions add to pan, add the bags of vegan meatballs, add, spices/agave, add cans of sauce and diced tomatoes, and paste, medium heat, stir let cook on low heat.

Boil pot of water (add a small amount of olive oil to the water, when it comes to a boil add salt, then the pkg of spaghetti, stir occasionally for abt 7-10, drain, add meatball/sauce to the big pot. Serve
