    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Snap peas, 1.25 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 12 medium
    Beets, fresh, 2 cup
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup
    Maple Grove Farms Fat Free Balsalmic Vinagrette, 12 tbsp


Chop and toss, best if chilled and left to "marinate" at least a couple hours
