Ingredients

    2 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
    2 TBSP Almond Flour
    1 TBSP Coconut Flour
    1 Egg, Large
    1 TBSP Butter
    1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/5 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Melt butter in a 6" ramekin; whisk in egg. Add Dry ingredients EXCEPT baking powder and cinnamon. Mix together well, then add in the cinnamon and baking powder. The mixture will be dry. Add a small amount of water to make a consistency of batter. Put in microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on the wattage of your microwave.
