    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup
    Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp, 1 tbsp
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp

Directions

mix dry ingredients then add the liquids and cook on a griddle.
