Ingredients

    Pink Salmon (fish), 15 oz (remove)
    Nabisco Cracker Meal, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Publix Large grade A eggs, 2 serving (remove)
    Coconut, raw, .25 cup, shredded (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Makes 10 4oz cakes
Cook salmon and flake into bowl let cool
beat eggs and add all the ingredients and mix well
measure out about 4 oz and form your cake and place on a greased pan

Bake at 400 deg. for 20 mins. turn after 10 mins.
