Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Kale
    1/2 Cup Dry Oats
    1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
    1/4 Cup Chia Seed (4 TBSp)
    1 Cup Almond Milk



    *Added sweetener of your choice, to taste. Ex: Honey

Tips

If using a regular blender, you'll want to reverse the ingredients.

**This smoothie definitely needs an added sweetener, like a Tbsp of Honey.


Directions

Place kale, dry oats, frozen blueberries, chia seed, and almond milk in Nutribullet. Blend. Drink/Gag.
