Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Kale (I used Organic Baby Kale)
    2 Whole Tomatoes, chopped
    2 Large Carrots, peeled and chopped
    1 Cup Water


    Optional Seasonings -
    1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp Basil

Tips

If you are using a regular blender, you may want to reverse the order that you add in the main ingredients.

Feel free to add more or less of the seasonings.

I like to drink this smoothie warm. You can pour the smoothie into microwave safe glass. Heat in microwave for about 1 min. Drink. :)

Directions

Add kale, chopped tomatoes, chopped carrots, and water to Nutribullet.
Blend.
Add garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and basil to taste.
Blend.
Drink.
