Ingredients

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in pan. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until done. Remove chicken. Add remaining oil, onion and garlic; saute 1 minute. Add tomatoes and remining ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook for 9 minutes. Return chicken to pan and simmer until chicken is warm.
