Ingredients

    1/3 cup dry plain couscous
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/8 tsp sea salt
    6 pieces sundried tomatoes, thinly sliced
    3/4 - 1 cup cooked broccoli
    1 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread

Directions

Bring water, oil, and salt just to a boil. Add couscous, stir, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Add tomatoes, broccoli, and spread. Stir and serve.
