Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 tsp baking powder
    poppyseeds

    Wet Ingredients:
    1 egg
    1 carton Chobani simply 100 greek yogurt (vanilla, lemon or pineapple coconut)
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp almond extract
    1/2 cup whole mikl
    juice of one whole lemon
    zest of one whole lemon

Directions

Mix together wet ingredients. Add dry and spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 12-18 min depending on oven.
