Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups small gold creamer potatoes (sliced in food processor or by hand)
    Dash salt & pepper
    1 tsp. better than boullion chicken base
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup water
    1 TB flour
    4 oz. grated cheddar cheese for top

Directions

slice potatoes and layer in greased casserole. Mix up white sauce ingredients and heat until thickened. Pour over potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 for 40 min.
