Ingredients

    1 prepared 9" graham cracker pie shell
    1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
    4 large egg yolks
    1/2 cup lime juice (fresh or bottled)
    1 tsp grated lime zest

Tips

You may top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries--but I did not figure that into the calories


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Pour the mixture into the crust. Bake until the center is just set, 12 to 15 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely, about 1 hour.
