Ingredients

    4 oz. Elbow Macaroni
    2 Tbsp.Butter
    2 Tbsp. Flour
    1 Cup 1% Milk
    4 oz. Colby Jack Cheese, shredded

Directions

Cook Macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Melt butter. Stir in flour until thick and bubbly. Stir in milk until thick and bubbly. Stir in cheese. Stir sauce into Macaroni. Bake at 350














Cook macaroni as directed on package. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour until thick and bubbly. Stir in Milk until thick and bubbly. Stir in cheese. Stir into macaroni. Bake 30 minutes at 350* until bubbly.
