Ingredients

    Dressing
    3TBSP Sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. Orange peel
    2 tbsp orange juice
    2 tbsp rice vinegar or balsalmic vinegar
    1 tbsp onion
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 tsp poppyseeds
    1/2 c. almonds
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 onion
    1 can mandrin oranges (drained)
    4-6 c spinach


Directions

Dressing
3TBSP Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Orange peel
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar or balsalmic vinegar
1 tbsp onion
1/3 c. olive oil

Mix in blender then add 1 tsp poppyseeds

Salad
1/2 c. almonds
1/4 c. sugar

Heat nuts in sugar over MED heat until golden brown (watch carefully...flammable)

1/2 onion
1 can mandrin oranges (drained)
4-6 c spinach

Mix and add alonds and dressing just before serving. For variety cook and cube 2 chicken breasts.
