Introduction

This is kinda thick to start but you can add as much water as necessary depending on how you are using it. For instance with enough water it would be closer to a salad dressing or you can omit any water and use it like a thicker slaw dressing. Ingredients

    1/2 Avocado (Haas)
    2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    3 tbsp Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 tbsp Thai Chili Garlic Paste
    1-2 tbsp Water, to preferred consistency

Tips

- 1 tbsp. of Thai Chili Garlic Paste makes this pretty spicy. You can use less, to your taste preference, or omit completely and just include a pinch of ground red pepper and garlic powder.
- You can add any seasonings or herbs to this to make it different tasting each time as well.
- Note with mixing avocado and balsamic together this will become light brown in color.


Directions

Mash avocado then add all ingredients but water. See resulting fluid like consistency and choose to add as much water as you like for your application needs.

    I took this to a family dinner, and it got rave reviews. I didn't have the Thai garlic paste, so I used refrigerated minced garlic. I hate throwing out avocados, so I buy the Wholly Guacamole individual servings and used 1 pack ( 1/6) in this recipe. Way too good!! - 10/5/15
